What you'll need:
• The basics — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Knowing some HTML and CSS would be super helpful.)
• A general knowledge of UX design and communicating workflows through sketches, diagrams, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive pieces
• An enthusiasm for data visualization and designing for data
• A candidness for respectful collaboration with team members and clients, and the ability to receive and act on feedback
• A desire for personal and professional growth and learning
• A general knowledge of financial markets is also useful (You'll learn a lot very quickly.)
